Your photos stay on your device

Photos and content are not sent off-device

The app does not transmit photos or videos, capture location, contacts, file names, or selected camera and film information to the operator or Singular. Capture and development are processed on your device.

The app does not create an account or collect your name, email address, phone number, payment-card details, or bank-account information. Information Apple and Google process separately to operate their platforms, stores, and payments is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Ad attribution measurement with Singular

The app uses the Singular SDK to identify which ads led to installs and to measure campaign performance. Singular may receive app launches and sessions, operating-system version, device model, IP address, user agent, and device identifiers such as IDFV on iOS or App Set ID on Android. This information is used for advertising attribution, analytics, and fraud prevention.

The app enables Singular’s limited-advertising-identifiers mode and does not show an App Tracking Transparency request. It does not intentionally collect IDFA or Google Advertising ID, and it does not send purchase amounts, an app-account ID, or custom in-app events to Singular.

Singular Labs, Inc. processes this information on the operator’s instructions. It retains the information while needed to provide the service and deletes it when the agreement ends or the operator requests deletion, unless law requires retention. Why the app requests permissions

Camera access is used to take photos. Photos or media access is used only to import a photo you select or save a finished photo to the system photo library.

Location access is requested only when you enable location in settings and is used to add the capture location to photo metadata. Motion data is used while the level is visible to calculate device tilt. This information is not sent off your device.

Photo storage and deletion

Photos you capture or import and develop are stored in the app’s local storage. When system-library saving is on, the app also saves a copy to Photos on iOS or the media library on Android. When original saving is on, the version without film processing may be kept as well.

You can delete in-app photos from the app gallery. Copies saved to the system photo library must be deleted separately in its photo app. Deleting the app removes its local photos and settings, but system-library copies may remain.

Importing and sharing

When you import a photo, the app receives only the items you choose in the iOS or Android system photo picker. Imported photos are developed on your device.

Tapping Share opens the system share sheet. You choose where to send the photo, and the app operator does not receive the shared photo.

Changing your choices

You can change Camera, Photos or media, Location, and Motion access at any time in device settings. Location metadata, original saving, front-camera mirroring, and system-library saving can be changed separately in the app settings.

The app has no server account. To request access to or deletion of ad-attribution information processed by Singular, email support@skene.ws or follow https://maybe.skene.ws/en/data-deletion/. The operator will submit the request through Singular’s support process.

Subscriptions and payment

Apple processes subscription payments and store-account information on iPhone; Google Play does so on Android. The app reads product information and purchase or subscription status needed to provide Mayica PRO, but it does not receive your payment-card or bank-account details.

Apple’s or Google’s privacy policy governs their payment processing. Subscription status is used only to provide the app feature and restore purchases and is not sent to the operator’s external server.

This website

These product, support, and privacy pages are served as a static website on Cloudflare. We do not use advertising or visitor analytics on these pages.

Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request information briefly to deliver and secure the pages. This processing is not linked to photos or location information from the app.
