How to request deletion
Email support@skene.ws with the subject ‘Mayica data deletion request.’ Include the platform you used (iOS or Android), approximate first and most recent use dates, device model, and operating-system version. Do not send an advertising ID, photos, location information, or identity documents.
After verifying the request, the operator submits a deletion request through Singular’s privacy-request process. We ask for additional information only when it is necessary to locate the relevant records.
Data that is deleted
Where identifiable, we delete advertising-attribution records associated with app launches and sessions, operating-system version, device model, IP address, user agent, and an iOS IDFV or Android App Set ID processed by Singular.
Photos, videos, and capture location are not sent to Singular or the operator’s servers and are therefore outside this request. Delete files in the app gallery from the app, and delete system-library copies separately in the device’s photo app.
Timing and additional retention
Unless law requires retention, we aim to complete the deletion process within 30 days after confirming the request and report the result to the requesting email address.
If a record must be retained for legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention, it is segregated and kept only for the minimum period required for that purpose, then deleted. When this applies, the response identifies the retained data and retention period.
Accounts and on-device data
The app does not create a server account. Deleting the app removes its local photos and settings, but copies saved in the system photo library may remain and must be deleted separately.
